The Gracie US Nationals Look to Set A New StandardAt Their Inaugural Event at The 2008 Los Angeles FitExpo™
Erin Ferries, Executive Director of The Los Angeles FitExpo stated, “We are honored to be working with the legendary Gracie family and hosting the Gracie US Nationals. Rose Gracie and her team are the best in the business and we look forward to growing their event into a cornerstone of our weekend.”
The Gracie US Nationals are also working with FitExpo to create the
ideal environment and venue for top-notch competition. FitExpo is bringing
industry leaders together for a weekend of jiu-jitsu, grappling, mixed
martial arts, fitness challenges, and much more. The Los Angeles FitExpo features non-stop complimentary seminars presented by leaders in fitness including Jay Cutler, two-time and current Mr. Olympia; Chris Carlisle, Rose Bowl-winning USC’s Head Strength and Conditioning Coach; Randy “The Natural” Couture, current UFC Heavyweight Champion; Dr. Tom Deters, former Editor-in-Chief of Muscle & Fitness; Keith Jardine, “the Dean of Mean” top UFC fighter; Jardine’s world-class trainer, Greg Jackson and John Hackleman, trainer for top UFC fighter, Chuck Liddell plus IFFB pros Phil Heath and Dennis James.
